Lyrics

Guess it wasn’t all that bad for a regular night
Some buddies of mine were getting bored so they started a fight
Her silhouette passed by the foggy window pane
It’s clear she only came inside, to get out of the rain

Cause when she walked into that room
They stopped and gave what (one) only could describe as a forehead salute

She wore red high heels A white pearl necklace
Blue dress two sizes small
Thank God for the USA, long legs and all!

Made up my mind before we made it to the place we could start
That a pretty girl like this was going to leave me with a broken heart
Knew my life was never going to be the same
She was lookin’ like the fourth of July at the County parade

Patriotic me
Had to save ol’ Glory from her loneliness and misery

She wore red high heels A white pearl necklace
Blue dress two sizes small
Thank God for the USA, long legs and all!
